While conducting online classes, we may come across technical difficulties that are not within our control. However, LTA is committed to resolving such issues promptly. 

The registration is intended for the individual student enrolled in the particular course. Sharing of study materials or access to webinars or recordings is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the Copyright agreement mentioned below. 

The acceptance or rejection of registrations is at the sole discretion of LTA 

A 100% refund will be issued to students who cancel their registration before the first class begins. 

Refunds will not be provided on or after the date of the first class. 

Our best wishes are with you as you take the exam. However, if you are unable to pass on your first try, you may retake the same course review once for free. To qualify for an extension of your access, please comply with the conditions listed below.  

-You must submit the NICET results showing the unsuccessful attempt within two weeks of receiving the results. 

-You must re-enroll in the same class you signed up for initially. 

-It is not possible to transfer this complimentary extension offer to another person or class. 

The lecture series, including the handouts and materials, offers perspectives from various professionals and serves as a resource for individuals taking exams; however, these opinions do not represent the official position of the agencies responsible for conducting and grading the exams. 

The individuals who deliver the lectures, create the handouts, or own the company cannot be held responsible for the inability of registrants to pass the exam, nor can they be held liable for inaccuracies or omissions in the solutions, or for the way in which registrants or others interpret them. 

Inquiries that do not relate to the examination or lie beyond the scope of the class may not be answered by LTA instructors. 

Learning & Training Academy owns all materials, such as class handouts and recordings, provided to students. These resources are provided exclusively for the registered student of the specific class. Any attempt to distribute, download, or copy the content, including the recordings, is strictly prohibited and violates the LTA registration policy. Sharing registration or dividing access is a breach of the policy, and violators will lose their registration and access without a refund.
